At least give her a chance before you jump ship. By all accounts she is an excellent actress, people love working with her, and the new show runner has worked with her before.

I gave Capaldi and the rewritten Clara a few episodes before I bailed. Hell, I even saw TPM before bailing on all things Lucas. 😉

I’m not even remotely worried about her. I’m just hoping for some more cerebral stand-alone episodes in the style of Midnight, Blink, The Eleventh Hour, Journey To The Center Of The TARDIS, etc. I’m hoping the show and The Doctor are back to the feel of the ninth and tenth Doctors. I’m also hoping we’re companionless for a few episodes. Let us get to know the new Doctor for a bit.
