Yes, apart of The Art of Star Wars albums, which each cover one movie from the Old Trilogy (not to mention there are similar albums for the prequels) there is The Illustrated Star Wars Universe album, which focus mostly on Ralph McQuarrie's work (but adding several arts from other artists as well).

I'm completely nuts about those conceptual arts from STAR WARS, so I buy every album I can get. This reminded me to search for ROTS album

Also the official Screensavers found on starwars.com have sets of McQuarrie's paintings, but for me their prices are quite prohibitive...
