Another Necrobump.
Held onto the original BD25 Blu-ray disc for a long while. Even owned the HD DVD and Two-Disc Special Edition back in the day. Glad I own the UHD which looks amazing with film grain intact as it should, being that it’s on a BD100 along with Native 4K, and even has the BD’s from the 25th Anniversary remaster.
Does the 25th Anniversary/UHD release need to be re-color timed to the original BD25 release? IMO, the BD25 release is from an outdated transfer and not entirely sure what master it was derived from yet I’m way more familiar with the colors from it.
All I need to do is just get the OST CD release. Is it certain the 5.1 mix featured on these releases I’m listing are the cinematic mix? One is obviously Lossy and thankfully the latter is Lossless. Would be nice to have an uncompressed PCM track if need be.
BD25 release (Fairly much the same as the HD DVD.)

Caps-a-Holic.com is certain to have proper screen comparisons. Just wish the 25th Anniversary film disc took up the entirety of the BD50 it’s on. Clocks in around 36GB~34GB in size when it ought to be around 44GB.
