This is all Donald Trump’s fault. I’m only acting this way because his presidency is a waking nightmare that will leave millions dead in ten years.
I believe he’s saying that he’s only acting this way because Trump is president, but he was acting this way before he even announced his candidacy.
And he’ll continue acting this way long after Trump’s term in office comes to a close and all those millions of people he claimed would die are still alive and kicking.
Trump’s legacy will endure for decades, if not centuries after he leaves office (the only way for him not to president anymore is to die of natural causes by chance in the next eight years). Even after Trump is gone, we still have to deal with at least thirteen more years of GOP one-party rule and no hope of a liberal Supreme Court until 2050 at the earliest.
