In theory, they probably could give him the boot. It’s a privately held company, and there are other ways to post your brainfarts on the interwebs. His followers can scream “boycott twitter!” all they want, but they don’t really have anyplace else to go. There is no alternative to twitter, except blogs and sites that require a bit more computer literacy to use.
It’s funny the stuff he’s said would get him banned around here.
