Why? Because it hadn't had a scene release before. Better quality? Doubt it, this is a VCD, which IMO is outdated. Granted DVDR is way overkill for a VHS rip, but SVCD or CVD would have been preferable. Hmmm... why did they bother? Is this copy significantly any better than other copies out there?
