Rogue One was saved by bringing in another director and doing extensive reshoots. The result was an amazing movie that got great reviews and ended up #7 on the all time domestic box office list. Kathleen Kennedy is likely saving this movie as well. The other Star Wars movie she produced is #1 on that list and I expect the next one, The Last Jedi, to continue the trend of high grossing and well reviewed movies. I trust her more than L&M. I didn’t want to see 21 Jedi Street.
