Palpatine is the galaxy’s savior and the Empire is a strong body that will protect the galaxy from threats like the Rebels and the Jedi Order, which is obviously a cult.

Remember in Star Wars 1, when Luke’s relatives were killed on Jakku? Who do you think did it? C3Po even manipulated the Ewoks into worshipping him and cooking the Rebels. He also manipulated Luke and Leia’s son Anakin in the sequel trilogy, masquerading as a nervous robot and mind controlling Artoo Deetoo.

Where were Luke and Leia during the sequel trilogy? We see their son Anakin, and Obi Wan got younger somehow. Are they secret Sith?
