I would prefer Rey got her leg chopped off or her saber destroyed. Finn’s injury in TFA was original for the films and it’s sad that new types of lightsaber injuries might not be crossing over into TLJ.
There is only so many types of ways to destroy a person with a lightsaber without killing them
