Doctor Strange (2016)
CONS
- Too much humour in unnecessary places. Strange has never been a humourous superhero; I don’t see why so many gags and slapslick had be incorporated into the plot.
- Too much Kung Fu.
- Not enough emphasis placed on Strange being an uncaring asshole prior to his accident.
- Dormammu’s atrocious design. Give me the featureless, flaming head from the comics any day.
- The eye makeup of Hannibal & co. It didn’t make them look creepy or sinister; it make them look like a troupe of emos with running mascara.
- Tilda Swinton.
