Ebay is probably more likely to crack down on the ‘instructions’ auctions than actual pirated material. I believe it’s directly against their TOS (and provable, they give people the benefit of the doubt that discs aren’t BD-Rs, sadly). Back in 2000-2001, half of ebay was scammers selling “instructions” on how to make money on ebay. Of course, if you were stupid enough to win these auctions, you would be told to make auctions selling instructions on how to make money on ebay. Fortunately they cracked down on it and made rules that you have to actually sell goods.
