Another thing to check if you haven’t already is if you have sleep apnea. That was my problem and a CPAP machine helped me immensely.
My mom has sleep apnea but doesn’t seem too keen on actually doing anything about it except complain about sleeping poorly.
I can tell her how much the CPAP helped me when I see her tonight.
