Thankfully the humble chippy is still on most high streets or near corner pubs - a bastion eating establishment for the inebriated - come the weekend (or weeknights) - for it’s quick service, cheap and filling food - covered in an array of condiments of your choosing (or just salt n’ vinegar) 😃
