Where Anakin and Obi-Wan are fighting (and surfing atop the lava) towards the end. Anakin says something about the Jedi being evil. Obi-Wan counters with some blah blah blah. And then Anakin goes: "Not from my point of view." That had to be one of the worst placed lines ever. Even fighting, their dialogue sounded like a high school debate club.
The exact lines are:
Obi-wan: "I have failed you Anakin... I have failed you."
Anakin: "I should of known the Jedi were plotting to take over!"
Obi-wan: "Anakin, Chancellor Palpatine is evil!"
Anakin: "From my point of view the Jedi are evil!"
Obi-wan: "Well then you are lost!"
Then Anaking goes on about how he's going to kill Obi-wan and they get right back into fighting.
I don't think it's the lines that were messed up... One of the ways Palpatine manipulated Anakin was by telling him how the Sith and Jedi just have "different points of view." It's the way that Christensen said the line that makes it sound out of place.
