I don’t have any “inside info”… but it seems obvious to me that Disney didn’t accept Mike’s proposal. Since the only way we were supposed to see this was as a legit release means we won’t ever lay eyes on it… though I have this feeling in the back of my mind that when he’s on his death bed one of Mike’s last acts will be to push the “upload to internet” button. 😃
