Yeah I know it doesn’t really change anything. The unedited clip though is interesting and makes it even more clear to me that she wasn’t even thinking about the theatrical versions.
Yeah, he completely dropped the ball on his question, she was so completely lost for a while there as to what he was trying to ask, and then was excited to get out a simple answer and move on once she thought she figured out where he was going with it. Off of this impromptu interview alone, I don’t think there’s any cause for new speculation either way about the state of the OOT, just that there’s some confirmation of what was already obvious, there’s no further SE tweaks going on without George.
I’d be shocked if a saavy executive like Kennedy made any kind of pronouncement about the release of the OOT in an unscripted format like that.
From what I saw, she probably suspected that the guy was trying to bring up the controversy over some of the SE changes and whether they might be modified. Not surprising that she has no interest in discussing anything along those lines.
