I got to the point where the little wookie (Chunkie?) is watching the holographic dancers. I've not returned to it since.

It took me three tries to get through the Holiday Special aswell. The first time I watched it, I got so broed I just fast forwarded to the Boba Fett cartoon, then stopped watching. The second time, I got to where the grandpa puts on the weird thing and has that strange ass vision of some lady singing... then I stopped it because I felt like I was going to fall asleep.

The third time I watched it, I was able to make it all the way through. But only because I watched it with my friends so we just made jokes about everything and laughed the whole way through, so it wasn't as boring.

sorry but i would still rather watch the ewok movies over the Prequel Trilogy...

as for the holiday special.... hrm... i would rather watch that than TPM only...

I just want to make one thing clear my boycotting EpIII has nothing to do with the quility of that movie. If you said it was the worst movie ever and Lucas had put the OOT on DVD, I would go see EpIII asap. But the OOT is not on DVD so even if you all say it was the best movie of all time I won't go watch.


Bossk, I am really suprised that you would put Attack Of The Clowns above Jedi. You perfer the crappy cgi Yoda/Duku battle to the climatic battle between Luke and Vader? You think the Ewoks are worse than JarJar? Are any of the scenes in AOTC anywhere near to the umasking of Vader scene or when Vader turns back to the good of the force? You like the line where Anakin compares Padme's skin to sand better than "Let me look on you with my owns eyes"? You think the acting was better in AOTC than Jedi? You complain about how unbelievable it is that the Ewoks defeated the Empire . But they didn't, they HELPED take over a shield generator. They did not do it alone, they had Han, Leia, Chewy,R2D2,3PO, and the rest of the rebel assault team(remember the assault team was put together with intent that they would take the generator alone). Also the Ewoks had the home field advantage. Please also remember this was before Lucas came up the stupid idea of making the stormtroopers clones of Fett, before in the OT the Stormtrooper were not that great of soldiers. With all this in mind, I find it very believable that the Rebels and Ewoks could take and blow up the Shield Generator. Now, I am not going to disagree with your placement of ROTS over Jedi cause without having seen it, for all I know you are correct. But putting Attack of the Clowns over an OT movie? With all due respect, please rethink this my friend.
