The teaser is a teaser, with nothing great in it (oh the Falcon… oh Tie fighters… oh X-Wings… Finn is sleeping… Poe is running away from an explosion… well, not enough to be hyped !). But 2 things are to be noticed:

it seems very well shot and doesn’t look cheap like Episode VII;
there is an idea which can give some needed depth to the sequel trilogy after the emptiness of Episode VII, something that could make this 9-part story a movement (as a whole, in spite of a few weak inner stories - I, II, VII). I just hope it will bring mythology back again instead of the lame idea of R1 (such as the retcon of the Death Star flaw).

Not great but I’m confident it can be far more interesting than just a dumb action movie with a SW skin (yep, R1, seriously guys…) or than a weird and cheap rehash of the OT with a PT narrative approach (Episode VII).
