Okay, cool kids who do the twitter thing, depending on which way the wind is blowing tomorrow, who do we tweet a response at? Disney, Lucasfilm, or both?
I’m thinking of saving the open letter thing for the actual 40th anniversary next month.

Indeed they are. I recall two years ago, right before celebration, they started to release art for The Force Awakens. I’m feeling that is what it’ll be for The Last Jedi.

Who knows.
The very first place my brain went was number 1, if for no other reason than the fact that someone from USA Today knew about the GOUT the night before it was announced. I don’t know if that was a controlled leak on LFL’s part or a genuine one, but if this is Breznican then it definitely sounds like something they want us to know.
Of course, that doesn’t mean it’s OOT-related. It could literally be anything.

What time does the OOT nonsense speculation finally end? Is there a cut-off?
Okay, you say the speculation of an OOT announcement is “nonsense”, then ask if it will stop. What am I supposed to take out of this other than you being tired and irritated with the speculation of a release announcement in an event’s speculation thread?
I clarified in the subsequent post in case it wasn’t clear. Is there a make or break moment during this carnival that everyone who is anticipating the OOT is waiting for? At what point during the celebration do people stop and think, damnit, they aren’t releasing the OOT?
The thread title clearly says ‘Celebration 2017 SPECULATION’. You’re asking people about a breakoff point to something they are actually speculating in regards to the event. How is that going off topic???
But to answer to your question when at the event is the breakoff point of the OOT speculation. Simple. Either the moment the topic is possibly addressed at the event or the second the event ends and people realize that not once was the topic addressed. As far as speculation on this site. That ain’t gonna end whether you you like it or not!

CobraKai, I think, gave you the corporate addresses. But I think your best bet is to tweet at peripheral people and organizations. Those who will get the buzz going or even throw something up on their blog or article.
It would be wonderful if Disney or LFL responded, but I think the odds are much less than 3,720 to 1.

It seems like people are really embracing the new characters. In fact, the big question people ask me now about Star Wars is, “Are Finn and Poe gay lovers?” And really how the f*ck would I know? I cannot imagine a scenario where they don’t save everything about TLJ for Friday’s panel.
