If your medication isn’t working then I doubt that more of it will help you. Also, have you considered disconnecting your internet if you can?

Maybe. From what he’s posted though it doesn’t sound like any of it has helped much, or at least not for very long.
I suppose this is something he needs to talk about with his doctor and psychiatrist.
