I’m too thin in the arms. I hate showing them in public because they look unhealthy.
Make good fun at yourself, not this. Be proud of being you, warts and all, so to speak.
Being another person with really skinny arms I must say that I am not proud of them LOL. Nor should I be content with them. I’m starting to workout more often to hopefully feel a little better about myself 😃
Good on you. How we feel about ourselves means more than how others feel about us. Just don’t let the workout define who you are.
