I'll explain. When 'When Star Wars Ruled The World' was broadcast in the UK, VH1 insist on having so many onscreen graphics that it sometimes distracts you from the show you're supposed to be watching. I find this really annoying. Enter SKot. He was kind enough to send me a raw TiVo rip of the show from the States (in it's native NTSC). Included on the disc were the bonus interviews available for streaming via vh1.com.
So, the plan is, I'm currently re-encoding the TiVo rip to eliminate the interlace problems (which also appeared on the Angrysun version. Is this a TiVo thing or was it broadcast like this?), giving it a PCM soundtrack AND encoding the bonus interviews.
This could be the first menu driven babyhum DVD. Watch this space, but i will possibly nuke the existing bh006.
