So how exactly are you making the boxes themselves sturdy? Me friend and I just made two of your Star Wars boxes but the slip cases that the blu-ray cases go in are very very thin and fragile and honestly I’m afraid I’m going to break them. So for the Indiana Jones one how did you make it so sturdy?
I use a thick cardboard stock called Chipboard. Got some 12x12 black pieces through Amazon. It’s a little over 1mm thick. I cut pieces to size and use paper tape to construct the initial box. I then print the artwork onto photo paper, cut, and use a spray adhesive to attach it to the chipboard box. I’m sure others have a different process, but this works for me.
Won’t this process leave white edges from the paper of your finished box is all black?
