Just wondering what people are planning to get psyched up for episode III.

My current plans are to watch the movies before hand and probably some of the special features/fan made bonus discs i have.

the viewing schedual i have set right now is:

5/13 - Episode IV
5/14 - Episode V
5/15 - Episode VI
5/16 - Episode I
5/17 - Episode II
5/18 (technically 5/19) - Episode III - midnight showing
5/19 - Episode IV
5/20 - Episode V
5/21 - Episode VI

Probably this coming weekend a friend and I will have a few drinks and do our own 'Mystery Science Theater'-style viewing of EPs 1 and 2. Maybe take a shot everytime Jar-Jar say 'meesa' or 'weesa'.

im going to see the midnight screening and then go home and have a bottle of champagne to celebrate the end of the almighty prequels....

im then gonna pop my bootlegs in and watch a real movie....

A huge group of friends is getting together (most of us dressing up) the afternoon of the 18, watching the Magnolia Fan edits, maybe Clone Wars as well, and then off to the theater. The ultimate saga experience.

OK right now I'm in a zen mode, and I can't see anything even slightly Star Wars related. I also forbade myself from watching any movies in theaters until may 18th.

At that day I'll rush out of work and run through the city in order to pick up some people, and then rush to the mall where the movie theater is located, we hope to get there by 8pm (nobody camps here, so we'll probably be the firsts there). We'll wait until mdnight on the line, playing games and stuff...

When the movie ends (by... 2:15 am I suppose?) I'll drive some people home, including a friend who lives 1 and a half hours away... I'll get home by 4, 4:30, I'll drink as much coffee as possible (and maybe post something here ), get a shower and go back to work, then I'll lock myself in the bathroom and sleep until noon

I'm just praying to all the gods that I don't get sent to some freaking city thousands of miles away, I work for a IT consulting company so any day any time I can get a call and I have to go...

My school decided to schedule parent conferences and STAR testing the week RotS comes out. However, being a senior, none of those apply to me.

I will be in line the day before for the 12:01 showing, seeing as my only class that day is one that the teacher is letting me take off. Me, and a bunch of friends from school are going to be there to see it.

I should add that after I see RotS, I have a school trip to Magic Mountain the 19th..

I think I will be going online to see the fan films I like. (wish I could save some of those) very cool. just the other night saw again that short "Jedi bill and ted" cartoon! very funny IMO. also love "Sith Apprentice".

Re-watch all the films, then go out wed night for the line up in my Jedi Costume for the Midnight showing!

For the hell of it, I'm not going to be watching anything associated with SW until the day before, when I'll watch the Lucas DVD versions of TPM and AOTC. Maybe CLONE WARS, too. Then ROTS at midnight on the 18th/19th, then the next day, Lucas' DVDs of ANH, ESB, and ROTJ.

After seeing how well they really "gel" together, I'll watch the O-OT to remind me how good it is. =P
