As of Friday I owned Abacab, Invisible Touch, and We Can’t Dance. For some reason (maybe because I’ve been enjoying Frost’s new album a lot lately) I decided I should check out some of Genesis’ earlier prog-rock stuff. I sampled their first Peter Gabriel-less album enough over the weekend to go ahead and buy it, and I’ve just finished listening to it.

Fantastic stuff.

I’m looking forward to listening to the three between this one and Abacab, and then from there I’ll take a stab at the Peter Gabriel era.
