That's an excellent idea, HS vs IJ. However, I can forgive having Anakin as a child in Ep 1. Where they lost me was Ep II, which was basically a waste when it comes to Anakin's storyline (as well a waste when it comes to almost everything else). Just my opinion, but instead of basically having the 'love story' be one movie (Ep II) and his fall be the other (Ep III) they should have combined the two but had them both develope simultaneously over the course of both movies.

Just one idea, but I would have had Anakin and Padme familiar with one another right from the beginning of Ep II. Anakin would be Padme's bodyguard, and they would have a professional relationship in front of people, but would flirt/kiss when nobody was around.
