Libel is bad, yes, but she’s not a business. She’s a potential business because of her position as the First Lady. And isn’t badmouthing a corporation a form of libel? Sure, Nordstrom’s stock went up, but they can probably sue for the tweet.
The stock actually went down immediately after the tweet, then recovered.
