The Harrison replacement isn’t as bad as I thought, but he doesn’t look like a guy who’s been around (Like Harrison was as a carpenter). You could forgive some of that because he’s supposed to be younger. I suppose my issue is more:
Believe it or not, but Quinto is older in Star Trek Beyond than Nimoy was when Star Trek went off the air. People just look so young now it’s unreal. Maybe you can attribute some of that to the fact people don’t smoke and drink as heavily now, but the people I know in real life show some signs that they’ve lived a life beyond being an actor. There’s a loss of grit, and as a result a feeling that it’s not as grounded in reality.
