Never listened to them. Never really been into the soundtracks before. Just want the originals on CD rom. The '93s were before my time and are now pretty spendy.

So shortly after this discussion, I decided to re-check Amazon for this item. There was a new used listing for ~$10 +3.99 shipping. I promptly placed an order. Used copies are typically $30–40. Received it today, and the box was over-stuffed (lid didn’t fit completely on the box). I opened it and discovered that not only did it have the four discs from the release, but also EpI and EpII CDs in there. Cool, I guess.

Whoever was selling it (the merchant was some thrift store) obviously had no clue what it was supposed to include.

Edit: Weird thing I noticed. While the '97 SW CD has the original 1954 recording of the Fox Fanfare that is on the original film, and the new Williams recording for the other two, the '93 CDs all have the same version of the fanfare, the one recorded for TESB.
