I’ve stated this before and I will state it again. Here is how I would change the electoral College:
- switch from electoral votes to points
- divide the number of electoral votes in a state by the number of people that voted in the state. Call the number X.
- multiple the number of votes each candidate received in the state to get the number of electoral points awarded to each candidate.
