I tend to consider myself a pacifist, and I’m not advocating any laws or anything that’s makes this explicitly okay, but sorry if I can’t help myself if I smile when a Nazi gets socked. Sue me.
Oh don’t get me wrong, I admit I do too. But still, we cannot, from a legal perspective, give a pass to the assaulter, even if here on the Internet we can all get a good chuckle at the expense of that shmuck.
If they happen to be a WWII vet, or a holocaust survivor, they get a free pass in my book.
