Not clear as to what’s happening in your life at the moment JF, you have just vented an issue, if you still feel the same after X-amount of days, don’t feel ashamed to ask for help.

I’m not really suggesting anything to do with us here, as I know what your getting at. There are things out there that are self helping that I personally dismissed, but a head worker brings up things that you actually then understand.
