Imgburn shouldn’t have any malware. It hasn’t even been developed for like 4 years, as far as I know. Perhaps some other company is repackaging it with a malware installer. It’s normally a very light weight program. I think even previously innocent sites like cnet and sourceforge have delved into the dark side and including unwanted side applications (spamware, if not malware).
