DVD Covers

Hello everyone,

It's been about 7 month’s sense I have been around these parts. My how things have changed. Anyway I just got internet again so I might be around a little more often now. I can only imagine how many new DVD versions I have missed of the OT. I'm still very happy with my TR47 versions.

Anyway the reason for this post.

I have updated my website with a few new DVD covers for you guys...that is if you want them. I have put the old ones up there too. I know that set has been around for awhile but I figure this way you can find it easily if you need it.

The new set is a high res cover scan of the 95 faces VHS. They are formatted for easy printing and look pretty good. I had sent a set of these to Rikter at one point but those were like 20 MB each. These have been cut back to about 7 MB each. If you like them...good.

I'm starting work on a new set of covers but it's a project I don't have much time for at the moment. Don't be asking when they will be done. It's just an idea at this point and it may end up being really stupid. "Art isn't safe."

Anyway go check those new covers out here..............http://mackey256.tripod.com/Covers.html

I also found this page which has some cool slip cases for Star Wars DVDs. You may already know about this though. (I really like the Star Wars Classic Case) They are kinda expensive but they are neat anyway. Check out the new section for another version. You can find that here

Enjoy and I hope to see you all around here a little more often.

*edit* spelling fixed...oops =)

Nice covers! Thanks for the links...
One minor comment though:
About the widescreen logo on the Wokie Groomer splitscreen sets: 4:3 is not considered as "widescreen"

EDIT:: And another thing: in the Deleted magic DVD link, you forgot the .jpg extension, so the link appears to be broken.
And now, for your feature presentation:
The Classic Re-re-re-release of Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back.
In this version the word "WOOKIE" has been changed to "HAIR CHALLENGED ANIMAL" and the entire cast has been digitally replaced by Ewoks.

Uh . . . no, what that means is that it's not ANAMORPHIC widescreen. Then it would say "Widescreen 16:9".

Hi all,

Hope I can post an non-OT cover in here. Inspired by Deleted Magic and rortiz77's cover, I set out to make my own. It's the first Star Wars cover I've done from scratch. Hope you enjoy it.

Download the full sized 300 dpi version here.

I do have a 600 dpi version but it's just too big for imageshack. If anyone wants it and has an idea where to post it let me know.

Cheers!
