I do. I’m just not answering to every single post in this thread. I was replying those posts quoted and if you are not capable of understanding how the texts in them are related, I cannot help you to make it anymore clearer.
I’ll try to explain as clearly and simply as I can: BobaJett was saying that he didn’t think that the soldiers could be wearing Rebel uniforms because if they were it would make Leia’s lie obvious.
Obviously, haven’t said anything but.
My whole point has only ever been that there are a number of reasons why that would be obvious, uniform or not. So basically, in regards to the question “are the gray and black vests” Rebel uniforms, my answer is that there’s no way to know for sure, because the outcome is the same either way.

Oh and btw, Leia says “When they hear you’ve attacked a diplomatic…” -> it is pretty clear the Empire attacked if you still think that Tantive IV shot first (maybe they can make a Special Edition about that) or that there would be a chance to welcome them aboard.
