Speaking on the Fox and Disney matter, while Fox definitely still has distribution rights, it would seem that Disney outright owns the others at this point. This is evidenced by the digital releases and the 2015 repackaging of the complete saga, which only lists Star Wars as “20th Century Fox Presents Star Wars: A New Hope”.
That’s really interesting. I remember speculation that the reason the digital releases didn’t have Fox’s logo was because online distribution didn’t fall under the umbrella of distribution rights that Fox owned for the other two. That was the case awhile ago, but I think that a physical copy would credit all six to Fox.
