Let’s keep in mind that Netflix broadcasts in a bitrate that is approximately 3 to 5 mbps which is freaking low compared to the 25 mps you get on a Blu-ray. Then you just can’t download Netflix flux so that means capture and capture = dropped frames…
So, maybe a BD9/AVCHD? Best if someone had a fiber optic connection.
