There was 2 hour movie as well as a series. For the shows they would jump through various parts of the film to make it only an hour long, but the movie showed the entire B film. I think they were forced to watch "This Island Earth" or something in the movie.

Some of the characters were different in the movie as well. In the movie it was a demented professor that was holding there, in the show it was evil woman and her two henchmen. One looked like he was from the planet of the Apes and I can't remember what the other looked like.
