I used to have this comedy "character" sketch where I listened to someone dream and improvised some ridiculous funny explanation for the dream. Let me see if I can still do it:

Now that's a nice hospital, that pay up girls to just stand there and look pretty. Was that really a hospital? Sounds like a russian casino or something... And giving gum to the patients, how nice, perhaps you've seen "Patch Adams" one time too many times... Sounds reasonable to fire the pretty girl, but they could just have fired YOU, and gave the gums to the pretty girl to distribute between the patients... And then the cops get into the whole situation... What was the murder? Did one of the patients suffocated after chocking on some bubblegum? Perhaps you gave some sugar-filled gum to diabetic patients? A doctors whose invention could change the world? You mean the Segway? And a mobile version of your great grandafther? Was he riding on a Segway? This is what I recomend: Instead of giving people gums, give them Tylenol and Aspirins.
