Have you ever heard of the Gaussian distribution?
Well actually yes I have heard of it and am not moronic to the ways of statistics. Perhaps I didn't make myself clear- those were my ratings as a child. And yes, like the '11' volume setting that Spinal Tap used, the movies had that much of an impact. You'll note that I *didn't* rate the PT films so far; and if I had then I would have used a 1 to 5 scale which I find is plenty enough to cover an expressive view of quality placement on a bell curve.
Might I also add that if your sense of wonder is so adherant to 'reality' I find it hard to believe you could enjoy films so rooted in un-reality and so ridiculous in the face of scientific thinking.
Or maybe I just forgot in my post that 11 and 12 were *above* than 10. Hmmm... perhaps that was just 'new math'.
