i have been trying since i started the limitedsharpen() thread on getting AviSynth to work,and just cannot get this damn proggie to run,so please can someone tell me what the heck i am doing wrong,i got some suggestions at doom9 but none helped and it seems my thread has stalled.i am almost to the point where i will pay someone to write me a tutorial LOL.
well here is where i am at right now,this is my script:

LoadPlugin("C:\Program Files\AviSynth 2.5\plugins\warpsharp.dll")
LoadPlugin("c:\Program Files\Avisynth 2.5\plugins\old\LoadPluginEx2.dll")
LoadPlugin("c:\Program Files\AviSynth 2.5\plugins\DustV5.dll")
Import("C:\Program Files\AviSynth 2.5\plugins\limitedsharpen.avsi")
AviSource("c:\capture\ba.avi")
ConcertToYUY2()
PixiDust()
LimitedSharpen()

and this is the error i get no matter what i do

AviSynth open failure:
AviSynth:Script open failed!

i have tried avisynth 2.55 and 2.53 i am thinking about trying the new beta,but i am sure i will still get the same error.

so i beg of someone to please have a look and help a avisynth greenhorn out
