Are you glad Rogue one did not feature a prominent sub-plot about Cyborgs? Or experimental Cyborg Surgery?

This is a serious question as I think this was a reason for the some of the Jedha plot being altered or being changed. But It’s tricky to work this stuff out.

It would also be to do with Saw’s transformation and that the Death Troopers are Cyborgs (Advanced ones mind) but also that Vader was also fitted that mold too. But there were people who were being cyborgified on Jedha during the conflict there.
