If you could control your impulse to respond to anything and everything with snarky-ass or needless comments there would be no need for the ignore function. In your favor, you are not the only one who does this, but I think you snarkily showing off your dislike of rules only encourages others to follow you. They see that you don’t get tagged for it so they continue in the same vein and they don’t get tagged for it. I believe it caused far more conflict than should be necessary for off topic to thrive.

I don’t openly challenge you because I don’t like you, I do it because no-one else does it, and you kept getting away with your behavior. I have been called many, many names and such because of it. bkev has been the only other outspoken challenger. We are drawn as the problem here because our concerns are over-shadowed by your behavior.

Now, I will say, I have seen you post kind and thoughtful things, and I believe they are genuine. Maybe you’ve spent so much time trying to hide your real self that the personality you’ve become is how you truly see yourself. It’s a guess only. I’m no physician. Maybe my problem is that I have more faith in people and things than I should.
