Unknown Creator
- 1 DVDr - Fan Created Edit
- Source - DVD>Downloaded Xvid>DVD
- NO Menu

I have an edit with the same name. It's on VCD and have no opening title card like yours, so I'm note sure if it's the same re-edit.
