They already have, criticizing the fact that her comrade’s (If there’s one thing I’m bad at, it’s names) just staring while she kicks butt and how that’s a sign that feminism’s gone too far or something.

These things are almost like memes. Eventually people will get bored off it and go and complain about something else silly. And when dealing with a franchise as big as SW there’s always going to be some overly paranoid and/or nitpicky thing for people to nag about. (I’m already dreading the reactions to the Han Solo film.)People in other more general movie forums are already saying the Solo film is going to suck. It hasn’t even been shot first! (Yes, I went there.)
$10 says Han’s only going to fire a shot at the very end of the film, and before then every other character on screen will get to fire their shot first.
