I was actually planning to possibly invite a few of you to a rough screening (probably through a private Vimeo link or something) just to get some feedback and get a new set of eyes on the cut to catch any mistakes or weird jumps I may have overlooked.

YES !!! I’ve been looking forward to this ever since you’ve announced it, if the clips you’ve released so far are any indication on how great the final cut will be I’d say we’re all in for a treat (I mean adding grevious in for more characterization, so he doesn’t appear out of nowhere in AOTC is genius not to mention all the little details added in and of course the recolonization of the whole film) can’t wait

Absolutely. I was going to limit it to just a few people, but there seems to be enough interest to warrant an open invite.
My reasoning for originally wanting just a few viewers was…well, in case there are any glaring errors I missed, or if something doesn’t have the same effect I’d hoped for, I’d rather a smaller group of people catch it for me to fix in the final release. In other words, I wouldn’t want someone watching it expecting a polished cut.
Though, I suppose, anyone who doesn’t want to get spoiled before the final release can simply wait it out. Most of the people here seem smart enough to know what they’re watching when they watch it.

Definitely understand that it’s a preview and not the final cut. I’ve been very excited since seeing the working snippets you’ve shown so far. Especially the color correction. It looks worlds better than the color clusterf— that’s going on in Phantom.

I’ve also been following this thread, and I’d love to see this film. As a fanedit guy, I think one of the fun things is receiving feedback from other fans. You get to decide if the feedback is useful or not, and sometimes people give you new ideas you wouldn’t otherwise have thought of. Anyway, I’m super excited to see the color, scene restructuring, and new voice dubs! It will be fun to see something so radically different!
