Now here is the first draft of the beginning of Part 2.

Some quick notes:

There is a transition between HD and SD footage during the intro credits. Unfortunately the HD and the LD sources have different framing, so the transition is not as seamless as I would like it.
The last shot of Bill coming up is available in HD (without the director’s credit). I thought about using HD footage here and recreate the director’s title in HD; however, it would differ in quality with the preceding credits.
