Question, for the technically inclined:
Is there a LUT equivalent of boosting/changing the hue of individual colors in Photoshop? I recall Mike mentioning how the red was unreasonably boosted on the BD. Out of curiosity, I was attempting to manually match a shot of R2 on the blu ray to Dre’s 4K77 grade, when I ultimately went to change the individual hue/saturation of the blues and reds:

For a still image, it’s a fine solution. But if I were to try and match my edit using the correction tool, the completed model would yield corrupted results. Is there any way to work around that incompatibility?
There should be no problem matching your correction with the color matching tool. While the result cannot be exactly replicated, when you opt to adjust individual colors, you can get pretty close. I tried it myself:
