According to Mike Verta the Tantive IV walls are an off-white with a slight mint color, although it varies a bit from shot to shot.
I think this production photo is pretty accurate:
As you can see, while the stormtroopers are white, the Tantive IV walls have a hint of blue/green in them. You can also clearly see the difference in color between the soldier’s shirt and pants.
