Just curious, this isn’t specifically addressing Harmy’s despecialization as much as it’s a technical question regarding the image.

At Chapter 13 of ROTJ Blu-ray (more specifically starting at 38:00) the image shifts, shakes, wobbles, rubberbands significantly in my opinion…I don’t know what the actual technical term is but that’s what I’m looking for. And is this pretty much a common occurrence? I’m not sure why I’m just now starting to notice it and never did before.
